The old saying goes, “You never know what you have until it’s gone”. That is exactly how I felt when I took a hiatus from coaching with Chris. I had taken a small break from having a coach in fall of 2018 and very soon after I realized how much I missed having Chris in my corner. Not only did we reconnect and get the ball rolling again but my progress almost immediately started heading in the right direction again. Aside from the great programming by Chris, we also get along like two peas in a pod. Outspoken, dark senses of humor and a lot of smack talk. I can’t recommend him enough.
