Coaching is about relationship building, communication, and goal setting. Each coaching service begins with an initial video or phone call. You will be asked to complete an initial questionnaire which will cover your training history, current training, nutrition, goals, training equipment, competition history, and competitive plans.

Initial 1 hour consultation and assessment

In-Person Personal Training:
(San Diego area only)
Comprehensive assessment to determine fitness level, identify areas of improvement, and establish realistic goals.
Provide motivation, support, and accountability to help you stay on track
Monitor training and make adjustments based on progress
Hands-on technique analysis and feedback
30 min, 45 min, and 60 min sessions available
Nutrition Coaching:
Because of the nature of this service, an initial 12 week commitment is required. Then, you will have the option to continue on a monthly billing cycle.
